Ngozi Ugoma Onyeani MA, LAC
Owner | Licensed Associate Counselor
I’m Ngozi (en GOH zee) Onyeani, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor devoted to creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. My approach is shaped by a life journey across three continents and a deep commitment to compassion, cultural humility, and community healing.
Born and raised in Nigeria, I later lived in the United Kingdom before settling in the United States. Along the way, I discovered my calling while serving individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use challenges, an experience that taught me the power of presence, empathy, and human connection.
I hold a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University, a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Strayer University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Personal Development from Southampton Solent University, UK.
I integrate DBT, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma informed care to help clients build resilience, reconnect with their authentic selves, and move toward meaningful change.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: healing is possible, and you don’t have to walk that journey alone. I’m here to walk beside you with compassion, clarity, and hope.
